Re: worst set list ever? |
Ok then. I’ll come out with it – I like Broken Arrow an awful lot, and feel that Robbie did a fine job composing and recording it. There is much to reflect upon within the lyric, if one is of such a mind.
While many of the songs played in my linked show are under contention in this thread, my intention here was to point out a fine version of Phil singing this song, with beautiful work by Jerry also. I even like Rod Stewart’s version which I think most people are familiar with from the radio.
Now I wasn’t going to do this, as it may earn me a citation from TOOTMO, but my nightmare imaginary set would be one where Jerry was completely unable to sing that night:
Victim or the Crime
Minglewood
Little Red Rooster
Mexicali Blues
Picasso Moon
Easy Answers
Eternity
Samba in the Rain
Way To Go Home
E: Money Money
:) sorry ring. I do appreciate Bobby on many levels...

I like Mexicali and Minglewood, but don't need those others. I don't think I really have a "nightmare" GD set, maybe a few disappointing ones, and LLR can certainly turn things sour.
